Register a company in Hungary

 

Company formation in Hungary is a quick and easy process, it can be finalized within a couple of days and the entire registration can be done remotely. We provide remote identification and document authentication service, which means, that you do not have to go to the notary or to the consulate to authenticate the documents. You can register your Hungarian company from your home wherever you live. Non-Hungarian residents are also allowed to be the owner and managing director of a Hungarian company. You have to travel to Hungary only for the company bank account opening, and you can start the business activity. One of the possible business activity of the company is property management and renting properties, which practically means, that the company purchases properties, then renting them out and through this business activity the company would generate income but if you wish the company can also do other business activities.
